"*" means necessary documents that you must provide in your application.
If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Non-criminal Record Certificate

Applicants are required to submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

*2. A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English)

Requires a minimum of 1500 words for scholars and Postgraduate students, 2500 words for doctoral students.

*3. English proficiency certificate

*4. The color scanned passport

Including the information page and its previous page, should be as clear and complete.
The name must be the same as that in the passport. Abbreviations or omissions of the middle name are not allowed. If there is no family name or first name, please leave a blank (e.g. ‘-’ or ‘.’).

*5. Passport photo

All applicants are requested to submit a color two-inch bareheaded registration photo in the system, with a white background and noborder, size 100-500KB, JPG format.

*6. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English)

Transcripts in other languages(expect Chinese and English) must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translation.

*7. Scanned certificate of diploma or highest degree

Applicants must submit either scanned certificate of diploma or highest degree. If the degree certificate is not acquired yet, the previously acquired academic certificate must be submitted. (Any other relevant documents are unacceptable) If the academic certificate is non-English or non-Chinese, the original must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
The highest level of education must be filled in the previously acquired degree.

*8. Recommendation letters (written in Chinese or English)

Applicants for the graduate programs, scholar programs must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors.

*9. Applicants must submit Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy) written in English.

The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
